Ordering and Payment

What currency are products sold in?
All pricing is listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

What form of payment do you take?
We accept all forms of major credit cards (e.g.  Mastercard, Visa, etc.) as well as PayPal.

Can I make changes to my order after it was placed?
If I have not started processing your order yet I will try to accommodate any changes as long as the total cost of the changes is equal or less than the original order. However, once the order has been submitted to the third party printer or items have been shipped we can’t make any changes.

What is your return policy?
I unfortunately can not accept returns but if you have damaged items I am happy to work with you for a replacement.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States of America (USA).

How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees are not included in the cost of the products.
Stickers & Postcards are shipped via Canada Post and the shipping fees charged are based on Canada Post rates. The price will depend on the weight of the package. As an example, the rate for shipping a set of 5 postcards internationally (outside of Canada) would usually start at $4.00 (Canadian Dollars) but this changes depending on the total number of postcards and final destination.
Posters ship from a third-party printer with a courier (UPS, FedEx) and shipping fees are based on the third party shipment rates. The rates usually start at $8.99 (Canadian Dollars) but shipping fees can vary depending on the destination, poster size and total number of posters ordered.

How long does it take to get my order?
Times to get your order will depend on the items and the final destination. You also might get different shipments for the same order. 

Postcards, greeting cards and stickers are sent by mail from Vancouver, Canada. Within Canada it can usually take 2-3 business days to arrive. Shipments to countries outside of Canada can take from 12 days up to 45 days depending on the destination.

Posters take on average between 10-20 days depending on the destination. Posters are shipped by a third-party printer and are shipped to you once they are printed. It might take extra few days to process the order, print the posters and ship them depending on how many orders the printer has at the time. 

What happens if my shipment is lost or stolen?
For products sent by Canada Post I can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen packages; however, a claim will be filed with Canada Post. Posters sent by a third party printer have a tracking number and if a shipment is lost the third party printer will be notified. If a shipment is returned to us or can’t be delivered due to a customer error (e.g. incorrect name, address or package refusal), the customer will then be responsible for any re-shipment charges. If the address is correct and reverified by the buyer, a reshipment will be attempted free of charge. 

What about international customs and other duties? 
The buyer will assume all responsibility of customs duties, taxes, and fees. I am unable to alter the price of the good or to relabel the item as a “gift.” Please allow up to 45 days for your order to arrive.

If you are from a country that uses characters, please use the Latin Alphabet when entering your shipping address to ensure that the package will arrive at the right place.
